Gilda Louise Aloisi was born in Rome, Italy, in 1983.  She is half Italian half Dutch, and lived in Rome till she was 15, then terminated her studies abroad in the U.K. She graduated at the University of Arts of London in 2006 with a BA in photography and Visual Arts. As a photographer Gilda worked in Italy for various magazines and has  had personal and collective shows all over the world. She loves shooting people, places but mostly the music world. Her photography is authentic and raw, and her inner voice resembles a personal diary of not just one person but of many souls. She is very subjective in her work and intimate.
